Be cautious about this place

Went here to get information about a two bedroom. Property and staff was very nice. Although she mentioned they have car break-ins. For a gated community definitely didn’t expect that.

Quiet and spacious

I’m new to NC, coming from living in a condo. I don’t think I could have more to a better property. The convenience of being close to everything, quietness, cleanliness and the friendly staff. Marci is the best, always professional and helpful to all my needs. I’m Thankful and grateful I don’t have any complaints. Keep up the good work, you guys rock!!!! AB

Current Resident

Even though its a gated community it is not safe, I've been on the property as a resident for the past year and a current resident. This morning one of our cars was broken into along with multiple other residents and one car was stolen from the lot. This is our second vehicle incident on this property the first one was a hit and run that happened in front of my apartment. Crime is at our front door at the Reserve at Greenwood complex. Also if you have Kids I wouldn't recommend them here at... Greenwood, Recently received a email from the manager that they are not allowed to play outside unsupervised or at any amenities including the play ground in their front yard. Its unfortunate to be paying almost 2,000 dollars a month now rent has gone up for this to be happening all within a year.
