Stadler Place

I've been living at Stadler Place for about a year and a half and I love calling it home. The community is very quiet and the other residents are extremely friendly. One of the best parts is the natural layout of the property, with plenty of trees and open natural areas. I love sitting in my hammock on the balcony in such a quiet place.

The apartments are very spacious and have a nice open layout. They are constantly making improvements to the property, showing their dedication to its upkeep....

The staff and the maintenance team are also extremely friendly and helpful, I never had any issues getting something taken care of.

Marissa and Anna are excellent at their jobs. I have been here almost two years and have never had a problem. When I need something, they respond almost immediately. RJ & Monty are very good at their jobs. They complete the job quickly and it is done right. I have only had three times that I had to call for maintenance the two years here. Stadler Place is a great place to live. It is quiet. The residents that I have talked to are telling me that they feel the same way I do.

I've lived in Stadler Place twice - moving out originally to move into a house with a fenced in yard. When circumstances found me looking for an apartment again on short notice, I had to cast a wide net - and it became abundantly clear that the quality of property management in Greensboro is highly variable and unpredictable. Because I had a positive experience here before, this was one of the first places I looked. Not knowing if property management had changed, I sent a request for more... information via the website. Marissa, the same property manager from before, emailed me back promptly, and remembered me from when I lived here previously. Marissa has always been incredibly kind and responsive and makes sure that I feel comfortable asking any question I have- no question too small. Anna goes out of her way to make sure I have what I need and make sure I feel connected to the community. Richard was always lovely when he came by to give me a hand with a maintenance request when I lived here last, and now that he's retired, RJ and Monty have been great as well. They're always super responsive to maintenance requests, and you often see them around maintaining the grounds as well. It is clean, well kept, quiet, and all of my neighbors that I've met have been really kind. The apartments are older and have their quirks but are well kept and incredibly comfortable - and what matters the most to me is that I am 100% confident that if anything ever goes awry, they'll address it promptly (within reason). I've lived in 1- and 2-bedroom apartments here, both spacious in their own ways (spectacular kitchen space in 1 BR, spectacular storage space in 2 br). I only wish I had found this apartment complex when I first moved to Greensboro 5 years ago! The office staff is amazing and you won't find better anywhere! It's peaceful, quiet, and people actually wave and say hello. It's a nice close community and you will meet several wonderful people living here. I own a small dog and we dog walkers have gotten to see each other and know each other. The residents are truly wonderful and I love love love it here!

I have lived here almost a year now. Friendly, competent, reliable staff. Good neighbors. Excellent maintenance in every way. No disappointments whatsoever.

It's also beautiful. I feel like I live in a park!
