Quick maintenance response time. Had a leak under sink and they fixed it and left me a report.
Gym is decent quality and kept clean and dog park is always open.

Experience has been pleasant for the time I have been here. Outdoors person, i like when grass is cut regularly. Retired and single, I have enjoyed the peace of not having a lot of people standing around. Was not happy about the laundry at first because i came in when it was being changed over. Process has leveled out. I am still a little new so I have not had to call maintenance yet. Hope I maintain that absence.

There's Good Bad and Ugly. Staff are great some all my neighbors are excellent. Some pet owners need to have more respect and curb their pets! Cool place to call home overall!

Overall good experience while living here the past 2 years. There are laundry centers, pools, a small gym, and plenty of parking. Maintenance comes within a day and the office ladies are fairly nice. Some residents are inconsiderate of others but that happens anywhere you live.
