Horrible

Do not believe the glowing reviews.Terrible place .Where do I start.Intolerant neighbors.They manipulate rent by first offering a so called special. Real shock comes when you renew lease and your rent go go up 200 to 300 dollars. Greed .by all measures.Lousy place.Paper thin walls where you can hear everything from toilets flushing to constant noisy foot traffic.Only if you are on 3rd floor you may have some privacy.Intolerant neighbors who judge whether you fit in.

Cant wait to move!

I went to tour and was greeted by Waterford Place's friendly staff. They truly cared about what I was looking for and knowledgeable about the area. I love that it is so close to parks and a lake.
They mentioned that they host resident events which is great because I am looking for a sense of community.
The inside of the apartments are spacious and include a sunroom! I can't wait to make Waterford Place my new home :)

I Love Calling Waterford Place "Home"

I have lived at Waterford Place for 5 years. This is an apartment community - rather than just another apartment complex. The residents that I have met here are all very friendly and respectable. Each member of the management staff is very friendly, always helpful, and very professional. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the property and its amenities. Likewise, the maintenance staff is incredible. They always respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and do the job... right the first time. This is a wonderful place to call home.

Best in the triad

My fiancé and I literally looked at every property in Greensboro. The staff here were the friendliest. Best amenities that we seen, AND they have washers and dryers INCLUDED. Every other property we went to either charged extra or we had to get our own. I also love the sunroom, It’s a great space for studies and really close to school

Words can’t describe the amazing experience

This is my first apartment, and I thought it was going to be extremely difficult. Shout out to the staff because they walked me through everything and answered literally every question I had. Definitely recommend!!!
