FAIL

Management changed since I moved in and it’s very disorganized now. Communication issues. Maintenance and painters are sloppy. It looks ok on a tour but after several months of living here you really start to notice that this place just got a fresh coat of paint and they raised the rent from the low income place it used to be. The neighborhood across the street is kinda the hood. I should have researched more because there are a lot of nicer apartments in this city but I was in a hurry and they... had a move in special. Oh well, live and learn.

Look elsewhere

Walls are EXTREMELY thin ! If you live on the first floor you can hear everything that’s going on in the apartment above you including them simply walking to the bathroom or dropping something small on the floor. Maintenance are poorly paid handymen who do “quick fixes” and never solves real issues. All of the “updates” or “modern finishes” are clip on outlets and light switches from Amazon and cheap pieces as such that constantly fall off and aren’t functional, only looks good on pictures. But... if you need to move asap and move to the top floor then go for it because if you’re on the bottom you won’t get any sleep and if there’s an issue you may as well fix it yourself.

Highly recommend

I recently moved into Boulevard West, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but JoAnne made the entire process feel like a breeze.

From the very beginning, she was amazing—she took the time to explain everything clearly and gave a fantastic, thorough tour of the property. When it came time for the paperwork, she was incredibly helpful with the leasing process and made sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. Her warm welcome really stood out... and made me feel like part of the community right away.

If you’re looking for a great place to live in Greenville with a management team that actually cares, definitely ask for JoAnne!
