Highly recommend

I recently moved into Boulevard West, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but JoAnne made the entire process feel like a breeze.

From the very beginning, she was amazing—she took the time to explain everything clearly and gave a fantastic, thorough tour of the property. When it came time for the paperwork, she was incredibly helpful with the leasing process and made sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. Her warm welcome really stood out... and made me feel like part of the community right away.

If you’re looking for a great place to live in Greenville with a management team that actually cares, definitely ask for JoAnne!

Best Apartment Complex

management is very friendly and understanding. if maintenance is needed their team is on it same day. i enjoy this place it’s very peaceful.
