Holly Crest Apartments

My experience as a Holly Crest resident has been very positive. From the beginning, I felt welcomed and comfortable in the community. The property is well-maintained, and the staff has been friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I have had questions or needed assistance.

Maintenance and communication have become less consistent, and issues often seem to be addressed temporarily rather than properly resolved. There have been recurring problems with the property and amenities, including the pool, along with ongoing concerns about maintenance and management responsiveness. Overall, the community feels less well maintained and managed than it did under the previous management.

In the past year the quality of this once "luxury" establishment has plummeted. Apart from the terminally non-functional amenities, even the most basic expectations of cleanliness have failed to have been met. Garbage routinely lines the streets, common areas are vandalized, and vermin are seen both in and outside of the buildings. The management of this complex is a disgrace.

The experience has been wonderful. No issues moving in, everyone has been friendly helping keep doors open while moving things into the building. Even able to pick some fresh basil from the garden for the first meal cooked in my new apartment.

Great so far. I love the environment the community. Holly crest gives off such a great aura. I’m excited for this experience for me and my boyfriend here at Holly crest!
