Awesome Maintenance Response Time With the temperature outdoors being soo hot, it was definitely a bad time to have my A/C stop working. I was on my way out to work so I called the office right then and spoke to Ms. Margaret to let her know my unit felt like a sauna. She placed a work order and Karl came in and fixed the problem right away. I was so relieved to come home that night to a cool and comfortable place. So grateful for the quick response time regarding my issue. Amazing staff..... .Thanks so much Margaret and Karl!!!
