Ghetto, bugs, rude neighbors, drugs, advertise a pool but it hasn’t been open for 3 years, springbook is a much better option for only $95 more

I lived at this complex for seven years. When I moved in the carpet was not new. They started replacing the brown carpet with new gray carpet about a year ago. When they had people move out, they were putting the new color in. When I moved out a couple of months ago, they put the new carpet in. This was verified by two neighbors that still live there. They sent me a bill for $45 stating that there were stains in the carpet they could not get out. They never had the brown carpet cleaned. They... replaced it with gray.. He even turned that bill into a collection agency. I don’t feel like this is fair. Of course you’re gonna have after seven years. But they didn’t even try to have it clean.
There was a water leak in the ceiling of the master bedroom. They cut two very large openings in the ceiling to find the leak. The openings were left for 3 1/2 months. The pool hasn’t been open for the last two summers. Twice people that lived directly above me had dogs that they didn’t want they just let out on the back deck to do their business. One time I was sitting on my deck, and a dog actually urinated on me. They made me take pictures to prove it was happening before they would do anything.
I would not recommend this complex to anyone

I lived here for 7 years. The carpet was not new when I moved in. They had started replacing carpet with a different color in all the apartments when people moved out. After I moved out the carpet was exchanged for the new carpet color. Several weeks later I received a bill for $45.00 because the carpet had stains that would not come out. It has now been turned over to a collection company. They did not even have a company come to clean it.( according to neighbors still there).
There was a... water leak in my bedroom. They had to cut large holes in the ceiling to find it. The holes were left open for 3 months. I had to sleep in the guest room for the entire time. Twice I had upstairs neighbors with dogs that were aloud to use the porch as a toilet and of course, it came through the cracks onto my porch. It took several weeks for the manager to correct that situation. My rent was raised every year for several years. I would not recommend this apartment complex. I gave it a 1 rating. I wish the website allowed pictures to be uploaded. I have pictures to prove all of the claims I just made.

Bugs , maintenance constantly bouncing back and fourth , items getting broken and never coming out to fix , the office staff isn’t always friendly , rent is high for lower end apartments with lots of problems including mold , roaches, old appliances they refuse to fix (such as ovens setting on fire when turned on or sewage leaks)

I have been living here for over 5 years and have had a great experience. Staff is nice and property is well kept. Highly recommend
