Beautiful community, no real oversight This community is obviously very beautiful and quiet. However, management continued to change. And there was no real oversight for how the community was operated. Trash days were missed on many occasions. By the swamp pests can be a real problem and there was no proactive pest control up until recent. The homes do not have adequate storage either.
While we intended on staying for 2 years, we ended up moving out in one. Hopefully they are able to remedy... some of these concerns.

Basic
basic. management isn’t great. no one responds to emails or calls. maintenance only comes once a week. they have no urgency on complaints or response time. closet space is poor. sound insulation is poor you can hear everything echoing from inside your neighbors house if they are loud or running. loud kids. not a lot of privacy. feels like an afterthought property.

Not great
No one answers the phone or emails. Maintenance only comes once a week. Insulation sucks you can hear neighbors inside their home even though the houses aren’t connected. No closet space. Poor management. Loud kids . Don’t be fooled.
