LangTree Lake Norman

UPDATE: I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. After living here well over a year now... The property management company ended up changing to HELM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, and immediately went down hill. When issues are brought up to leasing staff you are given a political answer that sounds good, but be reassured more energy will be spent doing nothing about any concern of yours. Expect your neighbors to be rude and snobby. The neighbors are inconsiderate and laugh when noise issues,... specifically about dogs consistently barking, being brought up. If you complain about about this leasing staff will say they tried talking to her or attempt to make you sound like the issue just for complaining. Expect no parking in there covered garages that they advertice, due to cars that don't have passes to be in there and ones that are vacant. The leasing office will put stickers on these car, but never call a tow truck to remove them after 6+ months. This management will also mess up your bills and expect understanding. Yet on the other hand as a tenant don't mess up your payment or they will fine you as quick as possible.

Dont live here unless you want to overpay to be disrespected by the office and neighbors. This isnt a community its a money grab. Read More

While researching neighborhoods to live in the Charlotte area, LangTree LN Apts came up frequently with locals, residents and visitors alike as the best rental community in the area, citing its abundant amenities, resort-style living, and small village of shops and restaurants. My daughter and her husband, who had also moved to the area, agreed, telling me LangTree was their top choice. (Plus they knew I’d love its dog park, a bonus for our dog loving family!)

I moved into LangTree and was... soon delighted to learn that the amenities, services, and conveniences are truly IMPRESSIVE, but what makes LangTree an even BETTER experience is the PEOPLE. I have yet to meet a neighbor or employee that isn't smiling or giving a friendly greeting. Residenrs also speak highly of the staff, and in my own case, two employees deserve recognition for going above and beyond to help me move-in, starting with leasing specialist Dillon. An excellent agent for LangTree, Dillon is professional and personable, with excellent communication skills and a thorough knowledge of the apartments and property -- plus, he's genuinely nice! When my daughter and son-in-law had to step in to tour apartments for me, searching for the layout and location that best matched my needs and wishes, Dillon's expertise made the process go smoothly and quickly. Also much appreciation goes to Bill, who handled my emergency maintenance call on a holiday — I dreaded even asking but Bill couldn't have been more gracious and came to the rescue in minutes. The grounds are well kept and the whole staffing was very helpful. Our leasing consultant Shania went above and beyond to make sure we were squared away!

The office staff at Langtree, specifically Miss Dawn, is quite frankly the nicest leasing staff I have ever encountered. I've never toured a property where the manager takes the time to get to know me (alongside the leasing staff) and ask if there are any particular questions/concerns I have before deciding to lease. They were well prepared for the appointment and knew the answers to all my questions. True embodiment of southern hospitality!

Crossing my fingers that my application is approved and we get the apartment that we want because this place is perfect for us! We loved the floor plan and all of the amenities that come with this lake front community. It is close to everything without having to deal with traffic and parking issues. The office staff has e been great to work with and I look forward to visiting them as I grab a coffee after my morning workout.
