Pointe at Lake Crabtree Apartments

I've been here about 7 months and feel fortunate that I landed here. The choices were overwhelming, so it felt like a risky move. However, Pointe at Lake Crab Tree is well managed by a small but great team. They are all responsive and helpful. I've had a few small issues but they were handled properly and timely. This was my first move in 20 years although I've lived quite a few different places. I'm grateful I found this place.

The apartment is pretty nice and a good value for the location.

I love this quiet, community. The staff is nice, the neighbors are courtesy and there's a mixture of ages and races. The maintenance team is SUPERB! However, the paint job done in the apartment is lousy and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. For the amount paid in rent every month I expect much better. I have paint that's been dripped on my floor, on the flat white paint has leaked until the gray walls, or there's dried paint drippings on my doors. As I live more in more in my apartment I... notice more and more paint issues. So many I haven't shared with Leasing because they would practically have to repaint majority of my apartment. Really happy that I chose to live at this apartment complex! The front office is full of nice and very helpful staff.

I've been here for about a month now. It's been wonderful so far. Starting from the leasing process to the help extended when I moved into the apartment and finally the day to day experience here is quite awesome. I must mention Abriel here. She is always willing to help whenever needed. If you are considering this apartment here - you cannot go wrong.
