Overall, a fine place to call home for a year or two with friendly and helpful staff, but there are some serious corporate and policy issues that drag down the experience as a renter.

The construction quality is generally poor. Cheap flooring structures that transmit sound from footsteps above, relatively thin walls that do not isolate sound effectively, cheap laminate floors, and inefficient unit layout.

The parking garage is liable to have rats which may destroy wringing and lines in your... car costing thousands to repair. There is an insulation material that constantly falls from the ceiling and collects on cars. This material will create micro scratches in your car's paint and work its way into intake systems and other cervices. The elevators are failure-prone with a failure rate during my time of about 1 failure every 2 months and an average downtime of about 5 days.

Lastly, you will be charged nearly double your base rent if you do not provide sufficient notice to vacate the unit. They will not prompt you to provide notice, so you must independently request, sign, and submit the formal document stating your intent to move out 60 days prior to doing so. Read More

The elevators always broken or getting stuck which is extremely inconvenient and has been like that for years, the car port leaks white stuff all over everyone's cars all in the window seals all over the glass in the engine bay you name it, they do nothing about either and charge $85 a month to park just to get your car to look like it has white paint busted all over it. The units are nice but in many ways designed werid and could have much better use of space. You can hear everything coming from the other apartments,seems the construction did not use ANY insulation. No storage in the apartment, no pantry. Took management almost 2 years to replace broken grills. I could go on, do not recommend in any way. Been through 3 managers in 3 years. Supervisors from head office have no people skills. Rude !

Beautiful place but they can't keep a property manager longer than a year and the same for maintenance which makes things difficult. There has been at least 5 different property managers in the last 4 years. The property manager will leave and they shift the leasing consultant to the property manager job and depending on the person they get on a power trip. The newest group is rude and unprofessional. And good luck needing something from maintenance. The only thing you're guaranteed to get is an... attitude. The entire bottom floor reeks of marijuana on any given day. Even though rent has almost doubled since COVID they cut out coffee creamer and cups. I've watched it go from being fully stocked to needing to bring your own cup. They claim the creamer is because it walks off but they have cameras so that should be easy to solve. Even the Christmas parties used to have full catered meals and now it's a tray of cookies from Walmart, maybe. Not that it's that big of a deal but they just get cheaper every year. Read More
