Please do not move here!

This is the worst complex I have ever stayed at. I requested to end my lease within 2 months due to work orders not being completed, bug infestation, and trash being left all over the ground. Management does not respond to emails or calls and they are extremely rude

Worst place to live

Management is rude and inconsiderate. Trash is left on ground and the entire place is unsafe. I had multiple work orders that were closed without my issues being fixed. I had bug termination services come 3 times and that never worked. This place is infested with bugs. Management never answers calls or emails, only after I filled a complaint with the NC consumer justice department did I receive any help from management. This place is a disgrace. Please do not sign a lease unless you want more... stress in your life

DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!!

Take your money and go elsewhere. I moved in Feb 2021 and have move 3 times within the community and it is now April. Each time I moved the problem became worse. The apartments are old with all the original plumbing and electrical wiring. They have a terrible pest problem that includes drain flies, roaches, and rats (not mice). Management continues to use the excuse of being new and not fixing the problem. When tenants move out they don’t clean them, they don’t replace old things and replace... with new things ex:toilet sets, and they don’t paint. Make this place your last stop on the way to hell.

Would not recomment. !!!!

Changed management during my stay and made it very hard to pay rent with the change of hand my work request where will no being meet. I went during winter with out heat after 3 request for months and I meant after 8 request and talking to managements as well with a whole in my celling had feel in and water leaked into my apartments for 3 months before being fixed. dirty laundry room. dose not spray for pest. My lock on my door was broken and still has not been fixed for about 7 months. I had my... apartment looked at by management and told them everything that was wrong in did not have any one fix my fridge has been messed up apon moving in. Door handle has falling off in apon telling them they stated that I should jump over my back balcony with my 2 year old son to get in and out of the apartment in did not come to fix for over 24 hours.
