The elevator is unsanitary due to dog pee

The elevators are full of dog pees, and it smells horrible. Nobody cleans after their own dogs. The breezeway a full of dead cockroaches. The inside of apartments are full of cockroaches coming out of the ceiling. Everything‘s always breaking down and they take forever to come out and fix anything. The stairways are creepy smell like weed . It’s like the owner have abandoned this apartment complex and they put their focus only on the new building 9200. The kitchen at THE EXCHANGE looks like it... came out of 1970s. At least they can clean the pollens off the breezeway. they can clean the elevators so that we can breathe easy. It is deadly in the elevator, especially in the building 3 the elevator is terribly disgusting. It is horrible. No one should be able to live like this.

COCKROACHES

The Exchange has a COCKROACH problem!!! Nothing like turning on the bathroom light in the morning to see a huge roach scurry across the floor, or be sitting in your living room in the middle of the day to see one FLY out of nowhere over your head!! Disgusting! Pest control was friendly, but did not fix the infestation that is likely beyond fixable. Additionally, the stairwells are filthy & walls are thin- I had neighbors who would blast music at 3 am on a Sunday morning. In addition to this, one... night there were people yelling profanity from one of the first floor units, which prompted 3 police cars to show up at 11 pm. I could go on forever about how disgusting and trashy this place was to me, but I’d be writing a novel. Also, the newly constructed building is an absolute slap in the face considering the 3 existing buildings are disgusting and dated. Skip this place and anything run by GrayCo, you can literally pay the same price for the same neighborhood at any of the other complexes down the street, and not have to live with cockroaches.

THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!!

Modern apartments bustling with renovations and a lively community. The staff will win you over. Never have I met such hospitable people who are generally vested in the community, not to mention they ALWAYS had candy and delicious coffee in the gorgeous lobby/pool area/ cinema. The staff did me many favors in the time I lived here. The maintenance folk were quick whenever I submitted a repair request online. The gym here is phenomenal, no need for a gym membership. My one issue (and this is true... for most NC properties) is they have to replace your AC filter and come into your apt. There is good notice before this happens you so have time to clean up LOL

To the management team: Thank you so much. You made my transition into Raleigh much more pleasing and I am actually missing y'all.

Great apartments

Apartment is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and highways. Target and Walmart are less than a mile away. I-540 makes easy access to all other major highways, close to RTP. Love the value trash service and other amenities offered. Price for unit is competitive to surrounding apartments.
