Hawthorne at Stillwater

I would like to take a moment to recognize Jenn at the leasing office. When we arrived Jenn was so accommodating to offer us burgers, hot dogs and drink’s while we waited to be seen while Jenn was with a resident. Jenn showed us several apartments and walked the grounds to show us all the amenities. Jenn’s personality and warm demeanor has us filling out an application and putting a deposit down right after the tour. Unfortunately, my son asked to stop at another community who offered much... more to him for being a Marine that it was too his advantage not to say “No.”. If it was not all that they were offering we would have went with The Hawthorne at Still Water hands down because of Jenn’s presentation and made everything easy to understand and answered all of our questions. We moved in a few weeks ago and from the application process to picking up the keys it has been great. We got to meet miss Winnie when picking up the keys which my daughter loved. (The beagle :) )We moved into a second floor apartment and were worried about the people above us and below us. Having not lived in apartments since college we thought the sound issue would be a problem for one with us having a 9 year old for the folks below us and two having people above us. So far the sound has been... very minimal, which is awesome. The community seems super pleasant and the office has even decorated for Halloween which my daughter loves!
