The walls are paper thin and overall it nothing special about most units. Just close to military base.

The place is well taken care of and management is wonderful. They do events at least once a month to get the residents involved. Never had any problems. Maintenance staff is wonderful with fixing any problems that you may have and it is only 10 minutes from base.

My tour was great! Everyone was happy to help and answer any questions I had. The apartments were well taken care of. Great community all together

The staff is amazing and the maintenance team is so quick and always willing to help. The property is well maintained and there are great amenities.

When I lived there my water heater sprung a leak which caused flooding inside the apartment. This caused damage to the carpets which were already in bad shape. They charged me for the damage to the carpets upon moving out. I disputed in writing the charge for the carpets. The manager immediately became rude and condescending. Told me the water damage was from my cat urinating everywhere. She then threatened to charge me more for the base boards which were also damaged from the leak. They told me... theyd get back with me. Never heard or received anything. A couple weeks go by and I start getting an email from a debt collection agency. Long story short is they'll try to squeeze every dime from you when you leave. Good time to move out anyway, last few months spring lake police were called out there on a nightly basis and nobody picks up their dog's poop. Whenever you go outside it reeks of marijuana. Simply put find a better apartment and stay away from the managers that are rude and only care about profit. Read More
