Cadia Myrtle Landing - Townhomes for Rent

I do not recommend Cadia Myrtle Landing as a nice place to live. My unit was not ready when I moved here in April, and they have SLOWLY been repairing things. The kitchen counter is still broken after 4 months. It takes multiple maintenance requests to get something simple fixed, and maintenance requests often get closed without any repairs being made. I’ve experienced major problems and management has done nothing but apologized and made excuses. I sincerely regret the decision to move here.

The front office staff genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. They’ve always treated me and my family with kindness, respect, and real compassion, which means so much—especially as a young family starting out. It’s clear they extend that same warmth to all residents. This has truly been an awesome and comfortable place to call home. We’ve felt supported every step of the way, and that kind of community is hard to find.

Cadia is like living in a five star resort ! The manager and her assistant are always friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are excellent. We came in October and hope to never leave!

We’ve had a great experience with Cadia Myrtle Landing so far. From the start, the rental agent made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. They were responsive, professional, and truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way.

What really stood out was their flexibility. While we waited for the specific apartment we had our eye on to become available, they worked with us to move units more than once—always making the transition as smooth as... possible. It’s rare to find that level of accommodation and understanding, and we really appreciated it.

I lived there for four years but middleburg took over and mid lease I was told I could no longer park my motorcycles in front of the home. They made us pay four months rent to break our lease. I had initially moved to myrtle landing specifically because my motorcycles had been damaged at a previous rental by thieves attacking them when they were parked away from the home. Moving my motorcycles was against the agreement I had with previous management and I lost over ten thousand dollars due to... the constructive eviction and finding a new home.
