It's been pretty good. Maintenance has been super helpful. The grounds are very well kept. It's nice to walk straight into Ogden park. The gym is clean.

I lovve living here at Cape Harbor. Neighbors are great and I enjoy sitting on my porch smoking my cigar and drinking my beer. We feel safe here, enjoy the pool, and any place we have to go to is fairly easy to get to

I enjoy my little area because it’s not a lot of traffic in my buildings area. Cars going by there’s not a lot of loud music and this is important to me.
