Staff has always been responsive and helpful. Amenity areas have always been clean and well kept. Overall outdoor grounds are well kept and valet trash has been a plus

I have been here for almost 2.5 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The office is quick to respond, the amenities are clean, there are people of all ages and families. It is extremely dog friendly and I have had zero issues with my unit. The community is in the perfect location, easily accessible to everything Wilmington has to offer. I’m very thankful for my time here and look forward to more!

Good apartment overall. Nice space, decent amenities, and a smooth move-in process. No major complaints as of yet. Walls seem thin. Smelled like paint.
