Ellington Farms

Mike, Lisette, and Doug are fantastic at keeping up with the residents and community here. I've been here 4 years and lived in multiple apartments in Raleigh prior, and this is the best management team I've had. They are always friendly, helpful, and timely with maintenance requests. The pool and grill areas are always clean.

This property is awesome and everyone is so friendly. The manager, Mike is always so helpful and professional. Lissette in the office goes over and beyond to help residents. The maintenance guy Doug is great at what he does and always' helpful. I have been living here a 1.5 years now and plan on staying. I recommend this property 100%.

My apartment is so spacious, the property manager is awesome and was so helpful during my transition from Pa to NC. The outdoor areas are always clean and availablefor use. The gym is small but its clean and spacious enough that it works well. And all the neighbors have been so nice.

I stayed at Ellington farms while on a travel assignment at Novant. I truly enjoyed my stay. It was a nice home away from home. Mike property manager is wonderful and so nice! The maintenance man is very friendly as well and always willing to lend a helping hand. I also enjoyed the amenities the pool is clean, grills are clean and modern. Fire pit area is a nice little perk as well! No complaints during these past 4 months. Until next time Wilmington ??.

living here for 5 years should tell you how much i love living here. we have the best property mgr., mike is the best of the best. we also had a great maintenance tech for several years, but he just moved to be closer to his family. mike, the mgr., found a replacement the next day and the transition of having a new maintenance tech was seamless. please, take a look at ellington farms apartments, you can thank me later.
