Love it here!

The leasing agent that I worked with, Claudia, made the whole process seamless, from the application to the move-in itself. I love it here so far! The rest of the office is pleasant as well.

Lovely

Our family has lived here for almost a year, and we are in love with this place! The apartment has the perfect layout to maximize the usefulness of the space. The location is absolutely perfect. We are literally within ten minutes of everything we want, need, love AND we’re only 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches. We were originally a little concerned that the noise levels would be high because of the property’s close proximity to the college, but it is actually the quietest apartment complex... we’ve ever lived in. We had one issue upon moving in and they had it fixed the NEXT day. I’m also happy to report that bug spraying of the apartments is REQUIRED so there are no bugs crossing over from untidy neighbors, which has happened to us in past apartments. So, there are no bugs here. Finally, the pool and play areas are perfect. Our son loves the playground, the common area is outfitted with actual outdoor equipment that stays nice and is fun to use. Plus, the pool was never overly crowded and they keep it super clean. The management team here is nice and always quick to respond to anything we’ve needed. Basically, we give this place a 12 out of 10 and are so glad we decided to move here.
