I regret moving here. DO NOT move into unit 409 building 2
I moved in January and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The property may look nice and maintenance may be responsive but management and the leasing company are horrendous. Residents are charged for amenities that are constantly unavailable; the package lockers have been broken and unusable since before I moved in, the guest suite is rented long-term to businesses, and one of only two small quiet work rooms for hundreds of residents has been taken over as a leasing office.
DO NOT rent unit... 409 in Building 2 (the main building). The HVAC units on the roof directly
above the apartment are extremely loud 24/7 — loud enough that you can’t sleep, work, or even
think. The noise causes the walls and light fixtures to vibrate. And I am not the only person experiencing this!
Management knew this was an issue before I moved in because at least two prior tenants had already complained. HVAC technicians confirmed nothing would be fixed, so I was transferred to another unit — yet they are still listing this one for rent.
For context, the noise regularly averages in the 70 decibel range and peaks in the 90s. The city
nighttime limit is 55 dB, but due to a business loophole they are not technically in violation.
This company clearly prioritizes occupancy over tenant well-being. If you’re considering moving here, be extremely cautious — especially on the top floor — and ask exactly where rooftop HVAC units are located relative to the unit they’re offering you
