Sand Ridge is a great option for our family. The price point is within our budget and we are close enough to the beach but far enough from traffic. Great distance to local stores and restaurants as well.

We have been residents here for approximately years. The management has been getting increasing worse to the point that we will be leaving. Just over the last 3 months we have been without a washer/dryer for about 10 days and when it was replaced they raised my rent $40 a month. Our AC unit died and we were told that we would have to be without AC in July, on the 3rd floor, for 2 weeks. And we were supposed to be okay with that because they brought in 2 window units that only cooled the bedrooms... and I work from home. We were offered a measly $45 a day credit that would not have covered the cost of a hotel room. Now they have had 2 of my vehicles towed at my expense, as well as over 20 other vehicles because they failed to provide adequate notification to their residents that the parking lot was being re-paved and the dates that each section would be closed.

We had to leave due to the toxic mold. Myself and my fiance were very sick (still am) due to the toxic mold. I have no idea if they even cleaned the apartment of it after we left. We had to throw away our couches, beds, etc. The apartment stated they do not take any responsibility for the toxic mold.

At first this place was great, but I slowly started realizing how terrible the management and staff are at this place.
I have lived here for over 4 years and I have repeatedly asked to have the mold in my air ducts taken care of only to be ignored or told to “just clean it”.
Also recently they entered my apartment without any notice to paint my ceiling. Which resulted in many items of mine to get paint on them.
Last complaint is that I tried to move out last year, but unbeknownst to me I needed... to give two months notice instead of one. So I am yet again stuck here another year.
Would definitely not recommend moving here.
