The location is good, and the apartments are nice, but the appliances are worn down and don't work well. There's also a roach problem (not just the big ones but lots of little ones). Might be coming from a neighbor or some other place, but I'm guessing the entire building is infested...
It was still fine overall (besides the pests), but the one star comes from rude management.

I have been at The Reserve at Mayfaire now for 13 months. As the pandemic restrictions are slowly being removed, this community is like a flower blossoming in Springtime All the amenities that originally sold me on this community are now available to experience and take advantage of But the secret about this community is the staff Whoever hired them did an outstanding job.
Everyone is polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I've lived here since November of 2009, that's almost 12 years!! I love this place.... location is perfect, staff is extremely courteous and best of all my grandkids are practically just around the corner!
