Southwood is clean and nicely situated near different establishment and school. Whitney is very helpful and tries to be always available when needed.

Southwood Apartments is not only a safe place to live, it’s a great location. As a third time tenant, I’ve enjoyed living here. Whitney our Apartment Manager has always been very helpful and quick to responding to questions throughout the years. I would recommend Southwood Apartments to anyone looking for a place to live.

By far the best apartment complex ever! Close to stores, food, great hiking trails, dog parks, and parks in general. Amazing on sight people to help fix or solve any problems you have!

Things I like about these apartments
-Good neighborhood
-Good walking paths
-John Hoeven School is very close by
and I’m sure a bunch more that I can’t think of right now!
