This is my first apartment since moving out of my parent’s home. 10/10. Maintenance is always on top of everything. If I submit a request it gets done the day of, or the next day. They have people vacuum and mop the hallways every single weekend. They pick up the dog poop. There are so many little places to walk your dog and play around with kids. Parking is good. Thank you guys for caring about us!

I'm not very happy about the change in utility billing. I have never lived in any apartment complex that charges for water and trash. I've never heard of being charged for common area electric either. They can be really strict about things but I guess that's necessary sometimes. Overall still a nice place to live.
