New resident

Just moved in to the apartments. I didn’t live anywhere near here, moved for a job from South Carolina. Angel was as you would expect by her name, a blessing. Rented the apartment from 2000 miles away and she made it so easy. From the initial application til the move in date and everything in between. Afforded me her undivided attention while finishing the process and walked me through the property to insure I knew where to go and how to get there. She was a breath of fresh air and I don’t know... how I would have done any of it without her help. Everyone was very nice. Very helpful. Very responsive. Thank you Angel, you made it so easy

Plantation at hunters run has been a decent place to live. They keep the property well maintained and address issues promptly. I wish they didn't charge for common area electric and had more parking but overall it's been a nice place to live.

We used to like living here, but in the last six months, a lot of things have changed. It doesn’t seem like the outside is cleaned up much but we pay for that. We have neighbors that scream all night and day. Most people don’t clean up after their animals. It just doesn’t seem to be taken care of like it used to be.

It’s okay so far thin walls great maintenance team and the office team as well overall it’s okay but the parking fee sucks otherwise it gets towed and kids running down the hallways and making a mess ! I like living in the first floor that’s a plus for me
