The option of a garage, controlled access, friendly and helpful staff. Rents were affordable, we were able to have our furry friendly pets on-site. The deposit was outstanding. If there ever was an issue staff came immediately. Plow was on-site to dig us out if needed. Would rent here again.

It's terrible here in the winter. Snow stays on the ground for several days without plowing. Sometimes, you can't even get out of the parking lot to go to work. They need to e swift with plowing their streets. Alos maintenance takes forever to do anything. I loved it in the summer, however, it's been awful the past few winters I've lived here. They should do a better job taking care of the snow by plowing it early.

If you want to deal with a manager that has a rude and stinky attitude then this is the place for you. Good luck. Plus, winter is a mess. Limited parking. You can barely get out of the apartment. They don't plow early and take their time to do it. Ownership needs to do something about current management. It's gotten terrible. Wasn't like this for a while. However, it's getting run down my Trish i believe her name is.

Our family is relocating to Williston from Panama City, FL and the office staff (mainly dealing with Trisha) have been amazing. Always going out of the way to answer any questions or concerns. My husband whom is already in Williston for work has been by the property and he's very pleased with the staff and property itself. Thank you for all you have done to help us!!!

For the prices in the area this is definitely the best quality. I went to every complex in the city and this was the most beautiful and spacious. The office people are kind. Very prompt when you have problems. Fun community days.
