The Sterling Apartments at Grand Island

The Sterling Apartments gives you a big city living feel but offers the hospitality of a small town. The apartments are very well keep and are at a great price! You are just steps away from Walmart and other big retailers! It is great! The staff is also very friendly and very helpful.
I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

The management at The Sterling Apartments went above and beyond all of my expectations, specifically Ariel! When I first considered living here, I emailed her multiple times with questions and she never once made me feel like my questions were stupid. She reassured me I was making a good decision and that if I needed ANYTHING she would be there to help. In the process of moving out we forgot our cable box in the apartment. I sent Ariel an email asking her if I could have a friend come get it... from our apartment. We had moved over 2 hours away. She told me she had it all taken care of and there would be nothing for me to worry about. If I were to ever move back to Grand Island, I know exactly where I am going! The Sterling Apartments in Grand Island Nebraska are gorgeously constructed from the ground up. Every appliance and feature is up to date and easily loved by all age groups. Steps away from a biking, walking, and running trail. Pet friendly and they just keep expanding. townhouses are being built currently on the lot next to us. A Dog Park is coming soon.
