Very happy here!

My fur babies and I have lived at Iron Horse for a little over 2 years now. I couldn’t be happier with my apartment or the management here. Mason and his management team are always very prompt at addressing any issues I have and their employees are all so friendly! I would recommend any property that Smart Choice oversees, but especially Iron Horse!

Very nice & clean property

We recently booked an apartment at Iron Horse for one of our employees. It is a very nice and clean property with a neat outdoor common area. Management is very responsive and leasing documents were 100% online; very user friendly. Will lease here again if the need arises for us in the future!

Beautiful property & Apartments

I am a traveling nurse & recently finished up a short term 6-month leasing period at Iron Horse Flats. The complex & the apartment itself was perfect! I rented a furnished apartment, and everything I needed was provided for me right down to the dishes & silverware. Mason and Smart Choice Property Management were so very accommodating & helpful. The Property was very well maintained the entire time I lived there. The local brewery 1/2 block away and local coffee shop just 1 block away were... absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this apartment complex & property management team!
