Maintenance on my front door lock. The staff at the Flats @ 84 always exceed my expectations! There have been numerous times during my 5 years living at the Flats where I required a work order on my apartment.
Jess and Beth along with Milo never cease to amaze me with how thorough they are in making for certain my apartment feels like home. Everyone has a proclivity towards kindness at the Flats! I would recommend living there to anyone!

Coffee Bar We have a new an amazing coffee bar as one of amenities and it is a wonderful addition!
It would be nice to have a wee bit bigger dog park for the big dogs that like to run, but it is a very nice community with very nice residence

Great maintenance team! Brandon was here quickly and repaired our toilet efficiently. I’ve heard horror stories about maintenance at other apt complexes and am so glad we chose to live at the Flats. We’ve never had a problem in over 3 years that hasn’t been fixed in a timely manner by the really good-natured maintenance team here!

Responded quickly but already broken “Fixed” toilet handle but it was immediately hard to flush, it’s already broken again less than a week later. Parts don’t seem to fit together, if the same fix is done again it is just going to keep breaking.
