Best apartments I've ever lived in
I've lived in 4 apartments, and this one is by far the best.
Pros
- Price was stable all 5 years, only minorly increasing in 2021
- Maintenance was responsive and respectful
- Management was willing to work with us for extra amenities:
- double pane windows on the street side to reduce road noise
- outlet in our parking stall for recharging our ev
- Safe, especially with extra Mutual of Omaha/Midtown security
- Shared areas kept very clean by cleaning staff
- Keurig and... water in the main lobby
- Walking distance to midtown and blackstone
- Biking distance (with bike lane) to downtown
- Many more
Cons
- Workout room was pretty small and often in use
- Grill wasn't maintained or used often enough
- Other residents were reclusive, though still friendly
