Scheduled a tour through their website, showed up and apparently the office was closed for the day, would’ve been nice for someone to reach out and let us know so we didn’t waste our time, tried to call to get it rescheduled and couldn’t get through to anyone, clearly very poorly managed.

Ive had issue after issue living here. The windows and patio door leaks when it rains which has ruined the carpet in the living room, and all of the window sills. No matter how much I complaining is done management won't fix it and keeps putting off the issues. The management has also changed hands several times never exchanging the information about issues. Do your self a favor and don't move in here I'm counting down the days until my lease is up

I went to tour this apartment over the weekend. When I called to make the appointment the rep I spoke to was super helpful and friendly. I said I wanted a 1 bedroom and he gave me price points and scheduled me for a tour of a 1 bedroom. I show up to the appointment on Saturday and the rep in the office informs me that they don't have any 1 bedrooms, and was pushing me to get a 2 bedroom. I kept explaining that I didn't want a 2 bedroom and he kept insisting. I then broke down and asked to tour a... 2 bedroom, and he refused because I said I wanted a 1 bedroom. He was argumentative and rude. He talked in circles for a while until I walked out of the office. The property was trashed and did not look nice at all. The whole experience was a joke. I can't imagine show terrible it is for the people who actually live there.

They do not have enough maintenance people to respond to work orders and require constant prodding to fix even the most simple things. It often takes weeks to months for repairs yet they have enough people to have done 2 inspections of every tenants apartment in the last 6 weeks (and another of our balconies), and they require you to not have your pet in your apartment during the inspection. They have given tenants a 4 day window when that inspection will occur, will not tell you when it is... beyond sometime between 9-6, and tell us to remove our pets for that time which means keeping them away for a 4-day window. Mind you we pay a one time 250 fee and 20 a month to keep our pet here. Management switches out constantly, as we have had so many managers over the last few years that we have all lost count. Management switches between tyrannical and ineffective. Parking is horrible and there is no street parking, and a good chance that you will not get a parking spot. Many of the descriptions of apartment amenities listed above are lies. There is no Maintenance on site, Property Manager on Site, 24 Hour Availability, Spa, wifi, etc, etc. They keep putting up passive aggressive signs on doors, in the hallways, and stairwells. The online payment system sometimes reports late fees when none exists (for example saying there is a late fee for June rent but it is May 29th and rent is not due until June 1st. If you have an issue with the online billing, the office just says that billing is handled by a different company and they don't know why it is wrong.
On the plus side, the only bugs I've seen while living here are silverfish :)
