The community is a great place to live. It offers a lot of basic necessities that you do not have to Branch out and search for it. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

If you're looking for an apartment complex with an outstanding office staff and a maintenance staff that is excellent and on the ball, Vestara 72 is one to check out.

Vestara 72 has been a great place to stay. The staff here is friendly and the location is quiet and conveniently located near food and other important shopping centers. I've no issues with neighbors and the pets have been well behaved too.

Overall, I think it's overpriced for the amenities and events. Their mandatory fee they force us to pay each month over the rent price is crazy and I thought it would atleast mean there were some perks or events but there hasn't been much. Also, lately it's been impossible to talk to anyone in the office. No one returns calls and I don't know if it's a timing issue or what, but we can never catch anyone in the office during their posted hours. The office staff seem nice, but maybe they're just... really disorganized or understaffed? On the plus side, at least we stopped having mice in the vents and the plumbing and fire alarms seem for the most part not to have anymore issues. The apartments do look nice, and the location is amazing, though I wonder what traffic will be like in the future since they're putting in a preschool/daycare right by the entrance to the apartments. Might be a nice option for people with small children though.

Night and day from my previous apartment living. You really feel like you are apart of a neighborhood community. I am so glad I made the decision to move here.
