LOOK ELSEWHERE: A TRULY REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE
I would never recommend living here. The apartments are overpriced, poorly constructed, and the management experience has made living here incredibly stressful.
Management constantly enters or schedules entry into apartments two to three times per month. You have to constantly pay attention to notices about when someone will be coming in and out of your home. There is very little sense of privacy or peace.
Management also polices everything from water usage and decorations to parking. Cars... have been towed with little to no meaningful warning, costing renters $450 or more and causing major inconvenience. Residents can also be charged a $100 late fee for being just one day late with rent. Management seems to find every small opportunity to charge residents additional fees or costs. There always seems to be another rule, notice, or expense being pushed onto tenants. Communication from management is often rude, aggressive, hostile, and unnecessarily confrontational.
The property itself does not justify the price. There are foul smells, poor construction, and areas that are falling apart. Packages go missing, and there is only one washer and dryer for an entire building, which is frequently broken, unavailable, or covered in dog hair.
Between the constant emails, repeated apartment entry, excessive fees, towing, management attitude, and poor condition of the property, I would never suggest living here.
