Managed Wifi
Two weeks after move-in and we are very happy with our new apartment. The Truette is within easy walking distance of downtown Dover, yet the neighborhood is fairly quiet. It is a desirable place to live. We plan to stay here for a while.
One thing to be aware of is the Internet service. It is fast and works well but it is not a traditional ISP-type service. It is "managed wifi" provided by Blueport. Out of the box you have no control at all over the network other than your password. In... particular the network name is fixed and you have no access to the router. It is all managed by Blueport.
For most people this is probably great as the setup is very simple and you don't need to install any equipment. But those with a lot of devices or more advanced network setups will need to work with support to get the features you are used to getting from a traditional ISP. If you don't know what I mean, don't worry, you are the target audience.
I should also mention that there is also no traditional cable TV service. It is assumed that you will be using streaming services instead of cable.
