The lower level game room offers a lounge seating area, a pool table, a poker table, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with modern appliances, spacious countertops, an island with seating for 5, and adjacent dining area seating for 10. It includes a microwave, oven, stove, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle, double-door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and sink with hot and cold water, along with plates, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans. Large parties, weddings, or external gatherings are strictly prohibited, and policy violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. For winter travel, 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended. The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and/or exterior-only security cameras monitoring entry points; there are no cameras in interior spaces.
