So you want a great place to live, somewhere that's near everything? Then Hyde Park has what you need. I've been here 15 years, and I love everything--it's close to Rt 42/freeway, Rt 130, Rt 295, Rt 676, Philly is just a few minutes away. This place has a FREE Gym, pickleball court, EV Charging, Bicycles for Tenants to Use!! They keep up on the groundskeeping--always looks great, and they have a cleaner for the hallways, too - it's always clean and smells great! The built-in pool rocks on a... hot summer day (like today- 90 degrees!) Not that I need to call maintenance often--but, when I do, they're always fast and they get the job done correctly--the first time---gotta love that. And, these people are friends at this point---everyone--the office staff, maintenance, the cleaners, always nice and friendly--always smiling--even the maintenance men after completing a dirty job--still smiling and friendly. Speaking of 90 degrees, I'm in my apartment with Ice Cold Air Conditioning - in fact, I had to turn the AC Off--it was getting TOO COLD! What about the winter? Nice and Toasty, Comfortable. Snow shoveling, plowing? The maintenance crew covers all bases--and, they're on it nice and early when it snows--you won't ever be snowed in--not in this parking lot. The office staff - always friendly and helpful. They always seem to have some sort of activity for the tenants to participate in--photos of your pets, decorate your door for the holidays, Alex's Lemonade Stand, and every now and then-- free snacks - They make you Feel Welcome. Stores? Dollar general is right across the street--as is a pizza parlor, Chinese food, a bagel shop, and a doctor's office, and, I think there's a daycare over there, as well. And, next to that, a bank--if you want yours to be within walking distance.
There's a 7-11 a few blocks away, an Aldi next to that, nearby Rt42 is a gas station and a Wawa. Shoprite supermarket is just one mile away--Dunkin Donuts, KFC, Chipotle, Dominos--One mile away. There are things I'm forgetting--and I urge you to check out Hyde Park for yourself--to find out the other great reasons to live here. I've been here 15 years. Where do I start. I moved in yesterday and I moved out due to a roach infestation. First we walked the apartment everything was fine then that same night on the day we moved in roaches were in the kitchen then the living room. Went to the office the morning after and they said the exterminator comes Wednesday. Then the maintenance man came and put raid bombs to clear it out then we go back 4 hours later DEAD ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The kitchen had 7 dead roaches and 3 more came out. The living room... had 9 dead roaches and 4 more throughout the hall. The night we moved it we found 6 alive roaches. The office never got back to us and said we might have buy out our lease after giving them 3500 dollars and it is day 1 of being in the lease. I moved in Hyde Park in March 2018. I love it here. First, location is great! My fiancé works in PA and me, Marlton. The drive for each of us is easy and quick. Plenty of shopping within a few minutes but located just enough out of the way to be peaceful. Second, the mgmt team is always friendly and helpful, maintenance included. I’d recommend Hyde Park to anyone looking for their first apartment!

Do not waste your money at this apartment complex. They have horrible service! They did not document any of the work that was done in the apartment so things that still had issues that they KNEW about didn't get fixed and I got charged when I moved out. They will squeeze every last dime out of you!

I give this place 2.5 stars the convenience of highways is a plus. They only give a pool pass to the tenants on the lease boo!!! I have children here and its not kid friendly . There is a new dog park but not a new childrens park . I would say this place is good for the single person with dogs...
