Decent value for the price, with low rent and a clean property. There aren’t many amenities, but the gated access is a nice feature. Management is pretty strict and makes sure residents follow the rules, The location is convenient and close to plenty of restaurants, major roads, and the outlets.

Our family has really enjoyed living here. The apartment is spacious, and the location has been a huge advantage. I travel for work, and living here makes it feel like I'm close to everything. The elementary school is very good, and the school bus picks up right at the property. While there aren't a ton of amenities, the affordable rent, and responsive management make it a great value overall.
