Constant Issues
The buildings are constantly having huge leaks and always seem to have bandaid solutions that quickly fail again. The leaks cause mold which they blame the tenants for and refuse to properly remedy. Also they are now charging for water (and all other utilities)- wonder if they are factoring in the leaks when they charge people. Also there is no one you can talk to that can ACTUALLY help when you have an emergency maintenance issue now. When the old company owned the place you used to be able to... call and get help within the hour. Now you get a random guy in a call center that puts in a ticket but offers no immediate help, even if your ceiling is leaking and apartment is flooded. The photos they use to show off the apartments are also incredibly misleading, as many of the apartments are old and outdated with appliances that barely work. All in all I do not recommend The Premier, especially with the rent increases, the utilities no longer being included, the fact that all of the good staff and maintenance people have left, and the fact that it is no longer pet friendly.

As for the utilities, we follow a standard practice in line with many other properties.
