Beautiful apartments! At every step the staff have been ready to help however they can. The maintenance response time was extremely fast, and maintenence was easy to contact.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Highlands at Cherry Hill so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it feel welcoming the moment you drive in. The apartments are spacious with a modern layout, and the finishes give it a comfortable yet upscale feel.

Great apartment. A few dirty things here and there upon moving in and washer/dryer broke upon first use, but maintenance was kind and quick about fixing it. Front desk is welcoming and kind. Community is friendly. Overall a good experience.
