We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Marsha as our property manager. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make our move into the new apartment building smooth and stress-free.
Marsha was incredibly responsive, patient, and supportive throughout the entire application process. She took the time to walk us through every step, answered all our questions promptly, and made sure we completed everything correctly and on time. Her attention to detail and proactive... communication truly made a difference.
What stood out most was how genuinely invested she was in helping us get moved in on schedule. She worked diligently behind the scenes to ensure there were no delays and kept us informed every step of the way. Moving can be overwhelming, but Marsha made the entire experience seamless.
We are so grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and kindness. Any property is lucky to have her — and any resident is even luckier to work with her. Highly recommend!

Good place to call home, roomy, bright apartments, attentive and responsive management, 3 bus lines stop just around the corner, walkable to 2 supermarkets, boardwalk with views, pool in the summer - overall just a nice place.

Friendly neighbors, quick responsive management, on bus routes to NYC, long peaceful boardwalk along Hudson, birds chirping under the windows - on the pricey side but well worth it.
