This building is roach and mice infested. Management is horrible and lie to you. They do not return calls. Management changed every few months so you never know who to call. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Trying to move out myself.

Love my apt which gives me a lot of space and i like the view! Staff here keep it clean and the tiled halls are beautiful. I commute but this location is great for commuting my bus comes on prospect avenue. Pretty good value for prospect ave, I am pleased with the help they are giving us right now during the virus.
