We left this building in the Summer of 2022 - Property Management was unresponsive, items are stolen, there is no doorman, you will be awaken 4-5x a week from sounds outside! Also, a dangerous area.

Nicely designed units. But over priced for sure.
Note they charge $350/person amenity fee. So if you are a couple with a car, that'll be an extra $950/mo you'll be charged on top of the monthly rent listed. This building barely has any amenities (a tiny roof deck and a gym for $350/mo?).

Moved in to the building in the spring of 2022 and was thrilled to find a modern building with a fitness center for a reasonable price.
Since the start of my lease, we’ve experienced a full month without the ButterflyMX intercom working, two separate occasions where the hot water was out for 3+ days at a time, and extremely poor communications from the property manager, Choice New York.
This building is from 2017, but is not being maintained well, and it’s a shame that I have to write a review... to hopefully shed some light on the poor management we are experiencing.
