Don’t move Here , been here 4 months it’s a nightmare
This place is nowhere near “luxury.” Parking is a nightmare. Most tenants used to rely on the NJ Transit lot across the street, but now overnight parking is no longer allowed. Management took advantage of this and raised parking from $199 to $299 in just three months due to “demand.”
On top of that, parking is valet only — which makes zero sense for an apartment building. Why should residents have to deal with valet parking in their own home?
There are also serious cleanliness and maintenance... issues: mold near the windows and filthy carpets in the hallways. Overall, this building is poorly managed and absolutely not worth the price being charged.
