Cheap Interior
I moved here in October 2024, after entering the apartment it very small for the price. The closets are very small. The popcorn ceiling is the killer. this material is very toxic to your health. You pay for parking, valet garbage removal. I have a tenant that live under me that bang on the ceiling all day every day. I don't think this place is worth the price they are asking for a 2-bedroom 1 bath. Let's talk about the dogs and how the tenants take care of this situation. I almost got... bite by a tenant dog. If this would happen, I would have sued the communities and the person with the dog.
The paint on the walls is cheap when you use water on it the paint comes right off. They turn off the heat at a such time round about September, you then have no control over it, even when the weather is unpredictable.

Yvonne,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience has not met your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
For clarity, our community does not turn off heat in... September. Each apartment home has individual temperature controls that residents can adjust year-round for their comfort. During colder months, residents are required to maintain a minimum temperature of 55 degrees to help prevent frozen pipes, which protects both their home and neighboring apartments.
All apartment features, community amenities, and applicable monthly fees are reviewed during initial tours and in follow-up email communication prior to leasing. Once a home is reserved, each resident receives a detailed welcome letter and lease agreement outlining all pricing and associated fees, ensuring everything is clearly presented before move-in.
Our apartment homes are maintained according to community standards, and we are committed to addressing maintenance concerns promptly when they are reported. If there are any issues with paint or other interior items, we encourage residents to submit a service request so our team can inspect and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Regarding the popcorn ceilings, they were installed when the community was built in 1991, after the ban on toxic materials used in earlier popcorn ceiling applications.
Pet safety is very important to us. We take reports of aggressive behavior seriously and encourage residents to notify management immediately if an incident occurs so it can be properly documented and addressed in accordance with community policies.
We welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to discuss any of these matters further. Please feel free to contact our office at your convenience 609-262-7960.
