Issues fixed The maintenance was done in a timely manner, my only issue was that the ticket wasn’t resolved for a few days after maintenance was done. I actually didn’t even realize the dishwasher had been fixed until a few days later.

Rough start, but in much better hands When me and my Fiancée moved in about a year ago we were met with a couple of issues throughout the year, the Addison was a good place to start for renting our first apartment together but the old management was making things difficult. It wasn't until the new administration with Nicole Town came in this past April did things become easier. The prior administration caused a lot of issues and made people not feel very at home, but Nicole is easily turning... that around within the short time she's been at the helm by ensuring the team treats the tenants with respect and helps them with their issues. We were extremely impressed with Ms. Town's dedication to our issue when it happened, and while we did have to show some patience we still ended up getting the results we honestly weren't expecting due to the bar the previous administration had set for the community.

I truly believe that with Ms. Nicole Town in charge of things this community has an opportunity to thrive and grow into what it was meant to be, a home for people searching for one.

Awesome maintenance service!! Had Manuel come fix one of my kitchen lights that wasn't working. Came same day within just a few hours and it was fixed. Also very friendly. Thank you!
