Copperwood in Princeton

Dorothy was amazing. She took personal interest in My preferences and showed me apartments with great care and detail. I love copperwood.

Building is poorly constructed and barely maintained. Shamco management is too cheap to make timely repairs. Bldg E got flooded from the sprinkler system and the water leaked from the 3rd floor all the way to the garage through all the units and the repairs were not carried out for weeks,walls were just painted over and the carpets barely dried out . All the conveniences of a house without the maintenance headaches!
My apartment is light, airy, spacious and welcoming. It has large windows, an excellent layout and plenty of storage. Having onsite charging stations is a real plus for my EV. Also having an Amazon package station within the parking garage is very handy.
The neighbors are friendly but not intrusive and there is little noise from adjacent units.
I am so glad that I found this property.

Terrible apartment with terrible noise issue. Very thin wall with noisy neighbors speaking loudly, playing piano and using speaker all the time during the day. Unable to sleep and maintain mental health.
