The management will lie to you about the trains, they will say they rarely come by, you hardly hear them, and they even told me they never run early in the morning. None of this is true.

The trains literally run all day and all night with extremely loud horns that they always honk right when they’re next to the apartments. Also, it seems like this part of the railroad is junction area where they will add or remove cars to the train. We just moved into 140 Mayhill and this place is amazing! The outside is clean and very spacious! The gym is a great feature and the staff really go above and beyond to take care of you! All the restaurants are about a 5-10 min drive and are super close.
One note is that this is an apartment complex! Luxury but it’s still an apartment complex. At the end of the day people are going to be people. There is a level of noise from the train from where I live but it’s not that bad.

Please read this before you rent an apartment at 140 Mayhill in Saddle Brook, NJ. When you move out, there is a chance that the landlord, Value Companies, will try to keep most of your security deposit. This could amount to over $2000. Please be careful. They may try to claim all sorts of damage was done to your apartment, even if the damage was jut normal wear and tear. These apartments are absolutely gorgeous. Where do i begin? Every apartment has a balcony. Hardwood floors throughout. Granite counter tops. Stainless steel appliances. They are also pet friendly. 5 story parking garage. Well maintained grounds. The location is prime. Surrounded by restaurants and places to eat. Minutes from the mall. Near major highways which is a plus for commuters.
