This is my second time living in estuary! Love the area, so peaceful, safe and absolutely beautiful throughout the year.
Estuary has a great team to keep the building well maintained and clean, making sure everything is working.
In my opinion estuary has the best value for the money on the river in comparison to other buildings.

There’s no place like home- especially at Estuary! I’ve lived all over the country, but Estuary is the best place ever. I love my great apartment and sweet neighbors, everyone on the staff genuinely cares about us and it’s a beautiful area to live in.

Our choice to live in Estuary is based on many factors such as, being in a safe community; excellent Staff and Maintenance; closeness to traveling into Manhattan where we have grandchildren and family; closeness to Newark Airport to travel to visit other family; dog friendly; nice amenities; and the Hudson River walkway with food shopping and restaurants.

It’s been pretty good…so far. The garage elevator sure breaks down alot. But other than that, comfortable…safe…though not absolutely secure.
