Excellent place to live

Lauren has made a completely unexpected move so stress-free. Not only was she kind, accommodating, and professional, she was beyond helpful and the property is beyond beautiful and so quiet! We are so happy to have found this gem of a management staff and apartment!

Lauren at the leasing office has been amazing. The aparments was in great shape.

I highly recommend the Q at Vassar. My apartment was extremely clean. All appliances were working. TV, microwave, dishwasher. I moved in on Sunday and Lauren at the leasing office was extremely helpful, kind and made sure my move in was as smooth as possible.

The Perfect Home!

I just got married and this is mine and my husbands first place together. The manager of the apartments has been nothing but helpful, supportive, understanding of needs, and very easy to get ahold of-if we ever needed her, she would reply within the day keeping us updated at all times. I've never had my own place before she made the whole process seamless and stress free. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL-so clean and updated. I HIGHLY recommend The Q Apartments.

Management lowers the value of these awesome apartments

The property location and apartments are amazing. The management is horrible. They are rude, they do not communicate in a timely professional matter. They can not be trusted, if they tell you anything get it in writing and signed because they will not follow thru. Lauren the property manager is forgetful, flighty and unprofessional.
