Love My Place!

Wonderful place to call home! I have lived here for a short time and have nothing but great things to say. Brenda our property manager and the staff are friendly, efficient and consistently improving our living experience. Maintenance is quick to respond and assure that all is working smoothly. Safe complex, quiet, solid walls, private, clean and beautiful mature landscaping. Highly recommend!

So far so good! Been here for a year and little to no complaints on my end. Maintenance is great and fast!

Love my apartment

Lived here 5 years renewed my lease again its conveniently placed close to the freeway clean and the management has always been quick and responsive to my calls

Good, quiet place

Bad

So there's a lot of terrible things to say but the easiest is the terrible management and poor communication from the so called leader Nancy. She is the most unprofessional and frankly messy person I've ever rented from. Due to the lack of accountability I decided not to renew my lease in march. Immediately after I made that known the threats and blackmails started to ensue. Then when I moved out leaving my apartment SPOTLESS mind you I was billed 800 for an alleged hole in the patio and a... broken door which was never broken . If you are a future tenant you've been warned. They are the worst places in Henderson. Not to mention the crime and stolen mail that happens on the regular.
